We aim to maintain close contact with our customers, built on long-term cooperation and constant improvements at all stages.
We aim to provide our customers with the optimal quality level, so that they feel satisfied in all communications with us.
We will keep all promises made to our customers, and if something unexpected occurs, we will provide them with the information they need.
We will endeavour to ensure all employees are provided with the training and skills development opportunities they need, and that everyone feels comfortable at work.
We are certified under the standard ISO 9001:2015, with our first certification awarded in 1996.

Environmental policy
Rotage AB endeavours to reduce the environmental impact of its operations. We will achieve this by:
• Carrying out our production tasks with energy efficient machines and in energy efficient facilities;
• Working to constantly improve our environmental performance;
• Preventing environmental pollution and ensuring sufficient preparedness for emergencies;
• Complying with any applicable environmental legislation;
• Making full use of raw materials, and recycling any left over products as far as is possible;
• Providing all employees with the training and skills development required for environmental work.
We are environmentally certified under the standard ISO 14001:2015, and have been certified since 2000.
